About DentPass

The dental revision platform built for UK BDS students.

DentPass is an online dental revision platform built specifically for UK BDS students. We provide exam-style MCQ practice questions, timed mock examinations, instant feedback with clinical explanations, and performance analytics, all aligned with the General Dental Council (GDC) core curriculum.

What is DentPass?

DentPass (dentpass.co.uk) is an online study platform for dental students enrolled in BDS programmes at UK universities. The platform offers a question bank of over 22,000 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), organised by year, system, and topic, covering the full pre-clinical and clinical curriculum from Year 1 through Year 5.

Students use DentPass to practice exam-style questions, sit timed mock examinations, review their performance, and identify weak areas that need more focused revision. Every question includes instant answer feedback and a detailed clinical explanation.

Who is DentPass for?

DentPass is designed for students studying dentistry at any UK university, including:

• Year 1–5 BDS students at all UK dental schools
• Students preparing for university progression exams (OSCEs, written papers, MCQ assessments)
• Students who want to build confidence and exam technique before assessments
• Students who learn best through active retrieval practice rather than passive reading

The question bank covers the GDC core curriculum content that is shared across all UK dental schools, so DentPass is relevant whether you study at King's College London, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Cardiff, Newcastle, Sheffield, or any other UK dental school.

Curriculum Coverage

Year 1 content is fully available now, covering all core pre-clinical subjects:

• Head and neck anatomy
• Oral biology and histology
• Biochemistry and human physiology

Years 2–3 content launches in September 2026. Years 4–5 content is in active development.
